The Magistrate is the head of Lament, their main role is the general leader, whose vote is often the deciding vote between the four Grand Consuls.
Responsibilities Act as diplomats and set the general direction for the guild.

The Grand Consuls are the true leaders of Lament of the Highborne. Their role is to vote on actions and policies that the guild may make. The guild does not make a move without their notice.
Responsibilities Meet twice a week for session, and to oversee the guild and their respective factions.

The rank of Consul is a rank of honorary title. This rank is given to a person that has the potential to become a Grand Consul, a trainee of sorts. This rank is most usually given when the seat of the Grand Consul that they may assume is still filled.
Responsibilities Help the Grand Consul of their respective faction with their duties, usually the second in command of the faction. They deal with main aspects of the faction.

The Ministrator’s duty is to be the grunt manager of your faction and daily guild activities, you are the to-go person, responsible not only for your faction but for the guild itself, you are among the highest trusted within the guilds ranks, you word second only to those of the Grand Consul.
Responsibilities Supervise daily activities, recruit, help manage your respective faction, and above all else support the guild. In this position you shall not be given field assignments, for you are deemed too valuable to waste.

The Grand Reverent is a position of great honor within the guild, and signifies the dividing line between the recruited and the officers of Lament.
Responsibilities Oversee the lower members within their faction, to recruit, and to aid the guild in management and daily activities. They are the only ones granted the most important of guild assignments aside from the assignments the Grand Consul carry out on their own.

The rank of Reverent is right above Grunt, these members are more trusted and known to go the extra distance when it comes to their assigned missions.
Responsibilities Helping in your faction, recruiting in the name of Lament of the Highborne, carrying out slightly tougher faction assignments, attending faction and guild meetings, and supporting your faction as a whole.

This rank grants the Trusted User Role.

The grunt rank of Lament, these members have been deemed trusted enough to be given jobs of a more high importance.
Responsibilities Serve your faction and guild recruit for the guild, attend meetings, and to carry out your missions when given.

The Chosen are at the end of the trial period, now almost a full member of Lament. Once having chosen their faction, the member must now prove themselves to said faction and its leader. They will be given more jobs and tasks from their particular faction, and less from the guild as a whole.
Responsibilities Perform any and all tasks given to them by the guild and the faction, make sure to attend meetings, and as always, follow their given orders. They will be given a specific trail during their time in this rank, and must complete the trial to prove themselves to the Grand Consul of Lament. They also bear the burden of having to recruit in the name of their guild.

The Lament Marked are no longer new recruits, the members have been given a promotion. Still new to the guild, the member has now proven themselves to be at least somewhat trustworthy, and is allowed jobs of slightly higher importance.
Responsibilities Follow orders, attend meetings, perform the tasks given to them, and most importantly, choose which faction they will become a part of.
